Derek Shores

Derek Shores is a Litigation Executive and Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution department, based in the King’s Lynn office. He specialises in contractual disputes and credit control and is particularly focused on helping businesses and individuals with debt claims and recovering outstanding monies owed.

Derek’s typical clients come from all walks of life, ranging from business owners to members of the public.  He particularly enjoys problem solving and forensic analysis of the issues relating to the case at hand. Derek’s clients can expect someone with real world experience, he has spent over 40 years in the legal profession, helping them with their matter. Derek provides straightforward and reliable advice and will always seek to get the best outcome for his clients.

Career

Derek joined Dawbarns, one of the predecessor firms of Fraser Dawbarns, straight after leaving school and despite having ambitions to join the RAF at the time, he has remained with the Firm ever since.
