David Moulton is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution department, based in the Wisbech office. David specialises in property litigation matters with a particular focus on landlord and tenant (both residential and commercial), claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996, contractual disputes, and consumer law. David works with a range of clients, from individuals to businesses.
David particularly enjoys helping his clients to resolve their disputes and the continuous learning that the job requires. David’s clients can expect to receive honest and thorough advice.
David studied History at the University of East Anglia and then took the Law conversion diploma (GDL). David then went to BPP University in Cambridge to study for the Legal Practice Course (LPC).
Between University and starting at Fraser Dawbarns LLP, David became an Estate Agent whilst volunteering as a Special Constable with Norfolk Constabulary.
David joined Fraser Dawbarns in August 2014, initially working in the Firm’s Crime department, where he qualified as an Accredited Police Station Representative in August 2015. David started his training contract in September 2015, completing seats in the Crime, Commercial, and Civil departments, and qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2017.
Outside work, David enjoys spending time with his family and friends, walking in the woods, and going out to eat.
