David Moulton
David is a partner and solicitor in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team. He has a niche specialisation in Property Disputes, generally advising landlords, both commercial and residential, on landlord and tenant matters. David works across the region, but is based primarily in Wisbech and King’s Lynn.
David particularly enjoys helping his clients to resolve their property disputes and the continuous learning that the job requires as property law changes. David’s clients can expect to receive honest and thorough advice.
Career
David studied History at the University of East Anglia and then took the Law conversion diploma (GDL). He went to BPP University in Cambridge to study for the Legal Practice Course (LPC).
Between University and starting at Fraser Dawbarns, David became an Estate Agent whilst volunteering as a Special Constable with Norfolk Constabulary.
David joined Fraser Dawbarns in August 2014 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2017.
