David Osborne qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and joined Fraser Dawbarns LLP in 2003 as a member of our Civil Litigation Department. He specialises in all forms of civil litigation including contract disputes, landlord and tenant (residential and commercial), professional negligence and inquests. He is also the firm’s Client Relations Manager and has previously been Assistant Coroner for Norfolk and Cambridgeshire & Peterborough.
Prior to joining the firm, David dealt with a number of cases involving shipping litigation and shipboard personal injuries which included acting for the Captain of the Herald of Free Enterprise (Zeebrugge ferry disaster) and acting for the families in the Formal Inquiry into the loss of MV Derbyshire. David is also a member of the Law Society.
Outside of work, David was a school governor at Greyfriars primary school for 14 years. He is a Lay Reader, Member of King’s Lynn Minster Choir and Chairman of King’s Lynn Sinfonia.
