Fraser Dawbarns hosted their annual charity golf day at King’s Lynn Golf Club earlier this month, raising £5,139.64 for their chosen charity, Little Miracles.  This comes close on the heels of a successful Treasure Hunt event held in Ely in late May which raised £2,817.05.  Two of Fraser Dawbarns’ partners, Neil John and Seema Solanki, visited Little Miracles headquarters in Peterborough this week to present Louise Evans, Head of Income Generation, with a cheque for £7,956.69.

The two events were attended by teams of professionals, clients and friends of the firm from across the region. The winning treasure hunt team this year was from Ensors Chartered Accountants, while the golf was won by King’s Lynn based Allen Tomas & Co Financial Management Limited.

Neil John, a partner at Fraser Dawbarns who has been instrumental in organising the firm’s charity golf events for the past few years, said: “We had 17 teams taking part this year and were blessed with sunshine in the excellent setting of King’s Lynn Golf Club. An enjoyable afternoon was had by everyone, while also raising considerable funds for Little Miracles, and we thank the teams who entered for their generosity.”

Seema Solanki, the partner who leads the firm’s Ely office, added: “We were delighted that our first treasure hunt was such a success and look forward to hosting further charity-fundraising events in Ely in the future”.
