Henna Lynch is a Solicitor and Senior Associate of the Residential Conveyancing department, based in the King’s Lynn office.
Henna has over 24 years of experience specialising in all aspects of residential property law. Her expertise spans a wide range of conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, mortgages and re-mortgages, new build developments, auction properties, retirement homes, and declarations of trust.
Henna is proud to be part of a firm that holds the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accreditation, reflecting her commitment to excellence in client care, risk management, and compliance. This accreditation assures clients, lenders, and other stakeholders that they are receiving a high standard of service from a trusted and reputable conveyancing professional.
Throughout her career, Henna has acted for a diverse client base — from first-time buyers, second time buyers and private individuals; to developers, high-net-worth clients, and property investors.
Having practised through significant market and legislative changes, Henna provides clients with clear, practical, and sound advice in plain English at every stage of the transaction. Henna takes a proactive and solution-focused approach to her work, with strong attention to detail. She has the ability to manage high-volume caseloads without compromising quality or client service. Henna is proficient in a range of case management systems and embraces the use of digital tools to streamline processes and improve turnaround times.
After many years practising in London, Henna recently relocated to Norfolk to bring the experience of working in both high-pressure urban markets and more localised property environments. This gives Henna a broad, adaptable perspective and allows her to meet the varied needs of her clients effectively.
Outside of work, Henna values spending quality time with her young family, whether that’s exploring the outdoors, reading together, or simply enjoying the everyday moments that come with family life.
Henna also enjoys collecting antique books, particularly rare legal texts and classic literature. Henna is passionate about Victorian London. She has a deep appreciation for history and combines a modern work ethic with a vintage flair.
