Chartered Legal Executive, Senior Associate

Bev Chase is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and a key member of our Private Client team in Downham Market. She joined Fraser Dawbarns in 2001 and has over 20 years’ experience advising clients on matters relating to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and estate administration. She also regularly advises elderly clients in relation to potential future care home fees. Bev listens to her clients and provides relevant, professional and friendly advice.

Bev is always happy to see clients at home if they are unable to visit our offices. She is also willing to see clients in hospital regarding Wills and LPAs at short notice if they are anxious about immediate surgery/treatment, to help give them peace of mind and confidence that they have made the right decision.

Career

Bev started working in a Solicitors office as soon as she left college and has worked within the law ever since. Bev started work as a secretary within the probate Department and whilst working full time for Fraser Dawbarns she went on to study to become a Legal Executive. Bev passed her final exam in 2006 and was admitted by CILEx as a Fellow Legal Executive in 2007.

Personal Interests

Bev owns an MX5 and is a member of a local MX5 club which has taken her on many memorable journeys throughout the countryside. Her other hobbies include gardening, Zumba and listening to music. Her favourite pastime is spending precious time with her two beautiful granddaughters.
