Associate Solicitor

Danielle Dennis-Betts is an Associate Solicitor in our Private Client team based in the King’s Lynn office. She joined Fraser Dawbarns in 2024 and advises on a broad range of private wealth and tax and trust matters, including wealth and succession planning for UK families.

Danielle’s clients can expect peace of mind that their personal affairs are in order, and assurance that these have been dealt with professionally. She enjoys helping clients and offers a reassuring approach to individuals who are experiencing a challenging time following a bereavement.

Career

Danielle studied Law at the University of Reading, where she became the trustee of the Students Union and was heavily involved in the Law Society, undertaking the role of Treasurer. She went on to take her Legal Practice Course at Guildford College of Law, obtaining a distinction.

In 2018, Danielle qualified as a solicitor while working for Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP in Surrey and subsequently worked for City firm Trowers & Hamlins LLP before relocating to Norfolk and joining Fraser Dawbarns.

Throughout this period, she worked with a wide range of clients, many of whom were concerned about protecting the wealth amassed during their lifetime for the next generation.

Danielle is a full member of STEP, a global professional body for advisers and has obtained STEP advanced certificates in Estate Administration, Taxation of Trusts and Estates, Estate and Trust Accounting, and Advanced Will Drafting.

Expertise

Danielle has extensive experience of working alongside individuals, attorneys, executors and trustees.  She regularly assists with:

  • All aspects of succession planning including tax advice, drafting of Wills and drafting of Trusts
  • Complex estate administration
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection matters.

Personal Interests

Outside of work Danielle looks after her two young children and enjoys exploring the North Norfolk coastline as well as cooking for friends and family. She ran her first half marathon in 2025.
