Solicitor

Aashish Soni is a solicitor in the Commercial Department at Fraser Dawbarns, working at the King’s Lynn office.

Ash’s main areas of work include purchases and sales of commercial property, acting for Landlords and Tenants in respect of their commercial lease transactions, and managing property investment portfolios. In addition, Ash can assist clients with the residential lease extensions, property auction transactions, agricultural acquisitions and sales, and general Landlord and Tenant matters.

Ash enjoys working with a wide range of clients, including building developers and landowner clients, and has experience of working with both high street lenders and commercial lending institutions.
