Aashish Soni

Aashish Soni is a solicitor in the Commercial Property team at Fraser Dawbarns, working at the King’s Lynn office.

Ash’s main areas of work include purchases and sales of commercial property, acting for landlords and tenants in respect of their commercial lease transactions, commercial refinance and bridging loan transactions and acquisitions and disposal of businesses. .

Ash enjoys working with a wide range of clients, including building developers and landowner clients with sales and purchases, business owners and start-ups, property developers and has experience of working with both high street lenders and commercial lending institutions.

Career

Ash obtained his law degree at Birmingham City University and then studied for his LPC at the University of West London. He moved to Norfolk to begin his training contract in the in-house legal team of a housing association. Ash qualified as a solicitor in October 2016 and worked for a Norwich law firm initially before joining Fraser Dawbarns in 2019.

Ash is a sports enthusiast and is particularly keen on football and cricket. He plays for a local cricket club.  He is an Arsenal FC fan  and regularly attends home games at the Emirates Stadium. Ash also enjoys spending time with his family, playing chess and socialising with friends.
