Aashish Soni is a solicitor in the Commercial Department at Fraser Dawbarns, working at the Wisbech office.

Ash’s main areas of work include acting for Landlords and Tenants in respect of their commercial leases. Ash also has experience of dealing with purchases and sales of commercial property. In addition, Ash can assist clients with the residential lease extensions, equity release matters, commercial property auction transactions, commercial re-mortgage matters and general Landlord and Tenant matters.

Ash originally comes from Buckinghamshire but he moved to King’s Lynn, Norfolk to commence his training contract in the in-house legal team of a housing association. Ash completed his training contract and qualified as a solicitor in October 2016. Ash secured his first position as a newly qualified solicitor at a law firm in Norwich, joining their Commercial Property Department.

Outside of work, Ash has been a season ticket holder of Arsenal FC for the past two seasons and he regularly attends home games at the Emirates Stadium. Ash also enjoys playing chess and socialising with friends.
