Annie Riches is a Conveyancing Executive in the Conveyancing department, based in the Wisbech office. Annie specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing and is particularly focused on property purchases and sales (registered and un-registered), leasehold purchases and sales, new-build plot purchases and sales, and adverse possession claims. Annie works with a range of clients from first time buyers, second time buyers, and those who are looking to downsize.
Annie particularly enjoys interacting with her clients and helping to solve their problems. Annie gets satisfaction from knowing that she has worked hard to adhere to their expectations. Annie’s clients can expect a clear and concise approach to providing advice and a friendly face who is caring and honest.
As a young mother, Annie took a course in Administration and Business Technology at her local college and after qualifying, she started working as a Legal Secretary at a local firm of solicitors. Over the 13 years Annie was there, she took on more responsibility and worked her way up so that she was running her own cases in her last 3-4 years at the firm.
Annie joined Fraser Dawbarns in July 2017, initially working in Downham Market before moving to the Wisbech office. Annie is currently studying for a Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice in which she is focusing on Conveyancing, Legal Research and Client Care Skills.
Outside work, Annie enjoys watching her teenage son play rugby for Wisbech Rugby Club and going for long walks with her family and her dog. At the weekends, Annie enjoys spending time with her family and watching films.
