£30,000 settlement for injured van driver

Neil John, a personal injury claim specialist at Fraser Dawbarns, has obtained a £30,000 settlement for a local client, who was injured in a road traffic collision.  The client was the driver of a van which was hit by another vehicle. He has since been suffering from psychological injuries, including anxiety and flashbacks, in addition to physical leg injuries.

While a personal injury settlement can help to ensure that someone is not financially out of pocket as a result of an incident that was not their fault, and can fund private medical treatment, it can never truly compensate for ongoing pain from injuries of any kind.”
