Melanie Egginton
Melanie Egginton is a Chartered Legal Executive in the Residential Conveyancing department, based in the King’s Lynn office. She has experience in all aspects of residential property transactions and is particularly focused on helping clients with the purchase and sale of property. Melanie’s typical client can be any private individual who is looking to buy, sell, or remortgage their property.
Melanie particularly enjoys working with her clients and helping them achieve their goals. Melanie’s clients can expect a lawyer who values honesty and getting the job done efficiently.
Career
Melanie studied for an LLB Law degree at Anglia Polytechnic. On leaving university, Melanie studied to become a Legal Executive whilst working and qualified in June 2001.
Prior to joining Fraser Dawbarns in 2021, Melanie gained experience in conveyancing positions in other local law firms as well as working for a local authority and in the legal department of a not-for-profit housing provider.
