Dawn Tegerdine is an experienced paralegal in our Residential Conveyancing Department. Dawn has worked in the legal profession since 1992 starting out as an Office Junior for a solicitors office in King’s Lynn, then working up to Legal Secretary within a very busy litigation department until qualifying as a Conveyancing Paralegal in 2005.
Dawn’s areas of expertise are all aspects of residential property sales and purchases both freehold and leasehold, together with Transfer of Equity, Remortgages and Voluntary Registration.
Before Dawn joined Fraser Dawbarns LLP in March 2014 she worked for a solicitors office in Ely, and prior to that in the city of Peterborough where she gained knowledge in Probate Law and Will drafting.
In Dawn’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, running and swimming and does take part in at least one ‘Race for Life’ a year to raise money for Cancer Research, which is a charity close to Dawn’s heart having lost family and friends to the illness.
