Associate Conveyancing Executive

Dawn is an Associate Conveyancing Executive in our Residential Property team, based at the Downham Market office. Dawn specialises in all aspects of residential property, sales and purchases both freehold and leasehold, together with transfer of equity, remortgages and voluntary registration. Dawn assists a wide range of clients of all ages and levels of experience in the property market.

Dawn particularly enjoys being able to help her clients move into their dream home. Clients can expect clear and precise advice in a professional and friendly manner.

Career

Dawn joined Fraser Dawbarns in March 2014, having worked in the legal profession since 1992, and been a qualified Conveyancing Paralegal since 2005. Before coming to Fraser Dawbarns, Dawn worked in a residential conveyancing role at a solicitor’s practice in Ely and before that, for a firm based in Peterborough.

Personal Interests

Outside work, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, baking, long walks with her dog and going on holiday to sunny places. Dawn is also a keen on attending the gym to keep fit.
