Fraser Dawbarns are delighted to welcome Associate Solicitor, Joshua Shuardson-Hipkin to the firm. Joshua will be working in the Civil Litigation department based at both the King’s Lynn and Ely offices.
Since qualifying in 2016, Joshua has developed a particular focus on commercial disputes where he has experience of working with a wide range of clients including local businesses and high net worth individuals. Joshua particularly enjoys the challenge of assisting his clients to navigate the complexities that disputes can bring and guiding them to positive outcomes whether this be through Court proceedings or alternative dispute resolution. His clients can expect advice that is realistic, to the point and focussed on obtaining a favourable outcome.
Joshua studied law at the University of Reading and then undertook his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford. He qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2016 and was also called to the Bar of the British Virgin Islands in 2020 where he practised until April 2022.
Following the completion of his training contract in 2016 at a Surrey based firm, Joshua worked in the commercial litigation department of a City of London firm. He then spent two years working offshore at a British Virgin Islands based firm before joining Fraser Dawbarns in April 2022.
Joshua is looking forward to his new role at Fraser Dawbarns:
“Having spent the last 10 years working in London and the Southeast, I am delighted to once again be living and working in the area that I love. My legal journey began in King’s Lynn watching cases at the local magistrates Court. I am therefore delighted to be joining Fraser Dawbarns as a Solicitor and look forward to the challenges that the role will bring”
Neil John, Partner, Head of Civil Litigation is pleased to be welcoming Joshua to the firm:
“We are delighted to be welcoming someone of Joshua’s impressive experience and specialism to our team. I am certain that Joshua’s involvement in many high-profile cases during his career will be extremely beneficial to our clients.”
