Fraser Dawbarns has obtained a settlement of £7,500 for a Norfolk woman who fell in a local supermarket and in the process damaged her shoulder. Our client slipped on a leaflet which had fallen onto the floor.

Neil John, who heads the personal injury team at Fraser Dawbarns, comments: “The supermarket’s insurers denied that our client’s injury was the supermarket’s fault, but we were nonetheless able to obtain a settlement for our client to compensate for the pain she suffered, the fact that she needed treatment for it, and that her upper body mobility suffered while the injury healed”.
