Local law firm Fraser Dawbarns is delighted to welcome three newly qualified solicitors to the business, across a range of legal disciplines. Becky Garner, Fiona Thorpe and Finley Murdoch have all qualified as solicitors recently, having completed their legal training with the firm, and have now secured permanent positions with Fraser Dawbarns.

Becky Garner specialises in Commercial Disputes and is based in King’s Lynn, working alongside partner Joshua Shuardson-Hipkin in the thriving Commercial Dispute Resolution team. Fiona Thorpe is carving out a reputational niche in Will and Inheritance Disputes, sometimes known as Contentious Probate. This continues to be a growing area of law but not one traditionally offered by all firms of solicitors locally and Fiona works across the region. Finley Murdoch joins the highly regarded Agriculture & Rural Enterprise team, based in Wisbech but operating across the region, led by partner Daniel Ball.

Laura Jawor, Fraser Dawbarns’ People & Culture Director, said: “It is always rewarding to be able to offer permanent roles to newly qualified solicitors who have completed their training with us. It is an ideal way to be able to expand our thriving teams. From our perspective, we are taking on solicitors who are already familiar with the firm, our systems and our clients and therefore able to make an important contribution from the start. From the new solicitors’ perspective, although starting a new role, they can feel confident that they can hit the ground running having completed their training with us.”
