Over £70,000 Settlement for Injured Motorcyclist
Neil John, who is the head of department in the Personal Injury Team at Fraser Dawbarns, has recently obtained a settlement of over £70,000 for Mr P, a local client who was injured when his motorcycle was hit by a car. Mr P fractured his wrist and was unable to go to work for over three months.
Neil comments:

The settlement that we achieved for him has ensured that he wasn’t out of pocket as a result of having time off work and compensated him for the inconvenience of other things he was unable to do while his injuries healed.”
