The personal injury team at Fraser Dawbarns has helped a local hospital cleaner to secure compensation of £4,250 after she cut her finger on discarded glassware while cleaning the sink in an operating theatre.  She suffered psychological symptoms over the possibility of infection until a series of blood tests had shown that she was not at risk.

Neil John, who leads the injury claims team, says: “Workplace injury claims are still relatively common, and come in all shapes and sizes, despite strict health and safety guidance which requires all employers to show a proper duty of care to their employees.”

Fraser Dawbarns have friendly and experienced lawyers who can offer advice on personal injury in King’s Lynn, Wisbech, Downham Market, March and Ely.
