Our chosen Charity of the Year is SSAFA: The Armed Forces Charity. They provide lifelong support to anyone who is currently serving or has ever served in the Royal Navy, British Army or Royal Air Force, as a regular or a reserve and their families. In recognition of their service to the nation, SSAFA works to ensure that the needs of our Armed Forces, veterans and their families are met in an appropriate and timely way.
With more than 132 years of experience, they are the oldest national tri-service Armed Forces charity. They began by supporting military families, serving personnel and veterans in 1885. There are only two criteria for assistance; eligibility and need.
In 2016 SSAFA helped 67,616 people – by raising funds for SSAFA you are helping them to be there for even more veterans, reservists, serving personnel and their families with practical, emotional and financial support.
We encourage and support our staff to raise money for charity. A number of our staff have participated in a range of activities including; skydives, the Marathon des Sables, 10k runs and golf days, to name a few.
At Fraser Dawbarns LLP, we are involved and committed to supporting the communities surrounding us. We regularly sponsor societies and sports clubs including:

Pro Bono Work
Every second Wednesday of the month, we provide a legal advice morning at RAF Marham which includes 30 minute appointments of free legal advice.
Our lawyers also attend local schools and careers fairs to inform students about the different career paths they can take in law, and students can ask any questions that they have about the legal profession.
We are committed to ensuring that our impact on the environment is to a minimum. We encourage all our staff across our four offices to recycle and reuse whenever possible.
