Personal injury settlements obtained for car passengers

Injury claim specialist Neil John has settled the personal injury claims of two men who were passengers in a car which crashed while being driven in Cambridgeshire by a professional sportsperson.  The car veered across the carriageway and collided with a motor home that was travelling in the other direction.

Both passengers suffered a range of injuries. Some of these were lacerations and bruising which healed over time but there were also muscular back injuries, amnesia and psychological disturbance.

Neil comments: “The driver’s insurers funded physiotherapy to help with our clients’ recovery. We then obtained a combined settlement of over £45,000 for them to ensure that they weren’t out of pocket while unable to work after the accident, and to compensate for their injuries.”
