£6,800 settlement for Wisbech car driver who suffered soft tissue injuries

A local client suffered soft tissue injures to their neck, often referred to as whiplash, when their car was hit from behind. They were in considerable discomfort and required physiotherapy before being able to carry out all their usual activities without pain. Their claim was handled by a personal injury claim specialist at Fraser Dawbarns.

Head of the Personal Injury team, Neil John, comments: "As volumes of traffic on the road rise again, so does the incidence of traffic collisions, and injuries caused by them. While most of the injury claims we pursue are for more complex injuries than whiplash, there is no doubt that soft tissue injuries can be painful and debilitating. If you have a valid injury claim, then a settlement can be used to help fund more ongoing physiotherapy than may be easily available on the NHS."
