£25,000 Injury Settlement Obtained For Injured Cyclist

Fraser Dawbarns' personal injury specialist Neil John has recovered compensation of £25,000 for one of our clients after he was knocked from his bike, and fractured his collarbone. Our client, who regularly cycles on local roads in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, was knocked from his bike following a collision involving two cars.

Neil comments: "A collarbone fracture is one of the less serious cycling accident injuries that we see as personal injury lawyers. However, it caused the client significant pain, and impeded his ability to carry out his usual daily activities and work, much less ride his bike during the healing process, and on that basis we were able to obtain compensation on his behalf."
