Tanya Connor

Tanya is a member of the Residential Property team and is based in the King’s Lynn office. She has been part of the Fraser Dawbarns residential conveyancing team since joining the firm in 2018.

Career

Tanya’s first experience of the legal profession was obtained while working in Peterborough. She then joined Fraser Dawbarns as a legal secretary before studying with Cilex to become a paralegal. She qualified in 2023.

Expertise

Tanya works alongside other members of the Residential Property team, to provide clients with valuable assistance in relation to:

• Freehold property sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Shared ownership and Help to Buy purchases
• Buy-to-let purchases
• Transfers of equity.

Personal Interests

Outside of work Tanya has a young son, and says that her hobby seems to be taking him to his hobbies! She enjoys audiobooks and travelling abroad with my family and visiting sights in the UK in their converted VW campervan.
