Sarah Lamb

Partner, Chartered Legal Executive, Head of Private Client Department

Sarah Lamb is a Chartered Legal Executive based in the firm’s Wisbech office. She heads our regional Private Client team.

Sarah advises clients on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Estate Administration and Court of Protection matters. She helps families to protect both their assets and their loved ones by ensuring that their wishes are recorded accurately and legally.

Sarah works with people who are needing to put a spouse or parent into care, ensuring that they have the relevant Powers of Attorney or Court of Protection deputyship in place.

When a family member dies, Sarah often supports the executors of the Will to obtain the Grant of Probate or the family members to obtain the Grant of Letters of Administration (if there is no Will). She can then also carry out the wishes in the Will once the Grant of Probate has been obtained.
