Sarah Johnson is a Chartered Legal Executive and Partner in the Residential Conveyancing department, based in the Wisbech office. Sarah specialises in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing and is particularly focused on residential sales and purchases and related finance. Sarah also has a passion for development work, such as building plots or small new build developments, and she also advises on adverse possession claims and other land anomalies.
Sarah acts for a wide range of clients in matters which range from the sale of a small piece of land for £5,000 to the purchase of a house for £1.5 million. Sarah also acts on complex agreements relating to land.
Contact with her clients is an important part of the job to Sarah and she also particularly enjoys problem solving – she says it is surprising how many problems crop up in property work! Sarah’s clients can expect someone who is straight talking and who likes to provide clear and straight-forward advice.
Sarah always takes the time to explain in writing, as it is very important to her that she takes the time to ensure people understand one of the biggest purchases they will ever make. Sarah wants her clients to know that they have the opportunity to ask any questions at all – no matter how minor they think it may be.
Sarah joined Frasers in 2002, before the merger with Dawbarns Pearson, initially working as a secretary and then moved to become an assistant to the Managing Partner. Sarah started studying to become a Chartered Legal Executive in 2004, completing her CILEx qualification in 2009 when she was admitted as a Fellow. Sarah was made a Partner of the firm in May 2021.
Outside work, Sarah is a keen runner, she is involved in a local running club and regularly takes part in organised runs. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family and watching the occasional trashy TV program.
We would like to thank James for the exemplary service that he provided to us. He took great care in ensuring that our Wills were in order - in fact he pointed out an addition that we had overlooked.
