Sara Vaughan

Sara Vaughan is an executive assistant based in our March office. She has extensive experience in many areas of conveyancing, supporting experienced members in the team, including Stella Norris.

Career

After completing A-levels in Maths, Business Studies and French, Sara has worked as a legal assistant for over 20 years – previously working in the criminal department of a law firm before moving over to conveyancing ten years ago when joining Fraser Dawbarns.

Expertise

Sara works alongside her colleagues to support clients in relation to the following areas:

• Sales and Purchases of Freehold Properties
• Transfers of Equity and Assents
• Help to Buy loans
• First Registrations of Properties at HM Land Registry.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Sara enjoys attending a dance fitness class and is a keen quizzer having appeared on a BBC1 quiz show. Sara likes spending time with family, friends, and her cat Tilly.
