Rebecca Woodley
Rebecca Woodley is a solicitor and Senior Associate in the Family Law department, based in the Downham Market and King’s Lynn offices. Rebecca has expertise in all aspects of family law and is particularly focused on separation and divorce, civil partnership disputes, children, and finance. Rebecca works with a broad range of clients across a wide range of ages.
Rebecca particularly enjoys interacting with clients and working with them to help them reach an agreement so they can move forward following separation and divorce. Rebecca’s clients can expect a solicitor who listens to their needs and advises accordingly. Rebecca is empathetic and works hard to achieve the client’s aims within the existing legal framework.
Career
Rebecca studied Law at the University of East Anglia, juggling her studies with raising a young child. She then went on to study for her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Thames Valley University.
Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in September 1998 and worked at another local law firm before joining Fraser Dawbarns in 2002.
Rebecca is a member of Resolution, an organisation of family law professionals that works with families and individuals to resolve issues in a constructive way. Rebecca likes to deal with cases amicably and by agreement, as this leads to significantly better outcomes for the whole family.

Outside work, Rebecca loves spending time with her step-grandchildren and her husband. She also likes reading, cooking, and enjoys gardening despite not being naturally green-fingered.
