Rachael Foskett

Rachael Foskett is a paralegal based in our Wisbech office. She has experience in many areas of dispute resolution and has a particular interest in personal injury where she will be assisting Neil John. Rachael will also be assisting David Moulton with property disputes and works with a wide range of clients including individuals and businesses.

Career

Rachael first joined the Fraser Dawbarns team in 2007 as an office junior, progressing to the position of secretary. She then moved to another local firm where she continued to develop her legal career and progressed to the role of paralegal, gaining experience in dispute resolution. Rachael re-joined the firm in September 2026 as a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution Team.

Rachael is currently studying with CILEX and has obtained the qualification of CILEX Paralegal and is continuing her studies to become a fully qualified CILEX Lawyer, with the aim of developing her legal knowledge and expertise in dispute resolution.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys spending time with her family and friends, practicing yoga and going to Parkrun.
