Legal Director

 Nic Sheldrake is a Legal Director in our Residential Property team and is based in our King’s Lynn office. He has experience in many areas of conveyancing including residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, plots sales and purchases, auction properties and re-mortgages.

Nic works with a wide range of clients including individuals, companies and developers.

Supporting, training and mentoring colleagues a big part of Nic’s role. Dealing with people and helping to achieve a positive outcome is what Nic most enjoys most about his job.

Career

Nic started in the legal industry as an office junior and subsequently joined the criminal team preparing Crown Court cases. Whilst training, he then spent time in litigation before finally settling on a career in Property Law. Nic is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and a Licenced Conveyancer.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Nic enjoys the outdoors and spends most of his time walking the family dogs, helping on the farm and, when time permits, fly fishing. Nic also has a black tag in Tae Kwon Do and a second Dan in Kickboxing. He proudly represented Team GB at the World Martial Arts Games in South Africa in 2016, winning a bronze medal.
