Natasha Galvin is a paralegal in our Employment Law team based at our Ely office. Natasha first entered the legal profession when she was 17 and worked as a secretary to a partner of a small conveyancing firm in Norwich as well as four other fee earners.

She moved from secretarial work to join a competing Norwich-based firm where she gained experience within a conveyancing team.  After that, Natasha took a break from law and worked in the NHS for 11 years. During this time, she attended the Open University to study for a psychology degree and ran her own kickboxing business. She then moved to Soham and joined Fraser Dawbarns in 2019 where she quickly developed a passion for Dispute Resolution, especially Employment Law. In April 2021, Natasha began her CILEx training in Dispute Resolution.

Natasha specialises in Employment Law and enjoys the fast paced nature of the growing area of law. She takes pride in helping clients with the difficulties they can face in employment and ensuring that people are treated fairly and equally.

Her typical client varies as she helps clients with any disputes they are faced with usually arising from a breach of contract and consumer disputes in Civil Litigation.  Natasha also has a keen interest in building relationships with employers to become a point of contact before issues arise.

In her spare time, Natasha no longer teaches kickboxing, however she still trains in it when she is not studying. She also spends a lot of her time with her family doing Warhammer and enjoys exploring the local area in Cambridgeshire with her two dogs, Benny the cocker spaniel and Bella the labrador.
