Molly Todd

Molly Todd is a commercial property executive in our busy Commercial Property team based in the King’s Lynn office. She has experience in many areas of property work and works closely with commercial property partners Sarah Johnson and Sophie King.

Molly works with a wide range of clients, including property developers and the owners and managers of local businesses in a variety of sectors. Her aim is always to ensure that clients receive as efficient a service as possible, meeting their commercial needs at all times.

Career

Molly joined Fraser Dawbarns in 2025. She has previously worked in two other local law firms, first as a legal secretary in a property team and then as a paralegal.

Molly has a Batchelor of Laws (Honours), has an LLB with the Open University and is currently undertaking the Licensed Conveyancer qualification with Access Law and expecting to qualify shortly.

Molly has commercial property experience in the following areas:

• Buying and selling commercial premises and land
• Drafting leases (for both landlords and tenants)
• Commercial finance and bridging loans
• Overage agreements
• Adverse Possession applications.

Personal Interests

Outside of work Molly enjoys spending time with family, going on dog walks and travelling.
