Michelle Orbell

Michelle Orbell is an executive assistant based in our March office. She has extensive experience in many areas of conveyancing, supporting experienced members in the team, including Stella Norris.

Career

Michelle joined Fraser Dawbarns in 2018. She previously worked for another local firm of solicitors and in total has worked in conveyancing for over 30 years.

Expertise

Michelle works alongside her colleagues to support clients in relation to the following areas:

• Sales and Purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties
• Transfer of Equity, Assents and Remortgages
• Purchasing Buy-to Let properties
• First Registration of properties at the Land Registry.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, socialising with friends and watching TV dramas and films.
