Lauren Simper

Lauren Simper is a paralegal in our Commercial Property team and is based in our Ely office. She supports clients on a wide range of property matters, in particular focusing on landlord and tenant work and commercial property sales and acquisitions.

Lauren works with individuals, businesses and investors with portfolios of commercial premises. She can assist with all aspects of landlord and tenant matters including negotiating new leases, managing lease renewals and supporting ongoing asset-management requirements. She also guides clients through the purchase and sale of commercial premises and land. Lauren’s experience includes retail, office and industrial properties, where she delivers clear and practical advice tailored to each client’s objectives.

Career

Lauren qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2021 and joined the Fraser Dawbarns Commercial Property team in 2023. She previously gained experience at two Cambridge law firms, initially in an apprentice role before going on to complete her CILEX training.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Lauren is an avid reader and can often be found with her head in a book. She also enjoys going on dog walks and spending time with her friends and family.
