Kirsty Haines
Kirsty Haines is an Associate in the Residential Conveyancing department, based in the Ely office. Kirsty deals with residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Kirsty works with a wide range of clients, ranging from first-time buyers to experienced investment landlords.
Kirsty particularly enjoys the variety of clients that Fraser Dawbarns deals with and enjoys being able to help clients of all ages and from all walks of life. Kirsty’s favourite part of the job is telling people they can go and collect their keys – the news that they have been waiting for!
Career
Kirsty studied English and Education at Northampton University before deciding that a career in teaching wasn’t for her. Kirsty began her legal career working for a predecessor firm of Fraser Dawbarns, first as a receptionist, then a secretary, then a legal assistant before finding her niche as a conveyancer.
Kirsty later worked as an in-house conveyancer for a housing company and another local law firm before returning to Fraser Dawbarns in 2019.

Personal Interests
Kirsty enjoys spending her spare time with her partner and daughters or if there is some alone time, reading, baking, and long walks with her cocker spaniel, Angel.
