Katie Cooper

Associate Solicitor

Katie Cooper is an Associate Solicitor in the Residential Conveyancing team, based in the Wisbech office. She specialises in a range of residential conveyancing matters including buying property, selling property, transfers of equity, and remortgages. Katie’s work means that she deals with a wide range of clients from first time buyers to developers.

Katie particularly enjoys working with developers to purchase land, obtain finance and then sell the house when finished. Katie’s clients can expect clear guidance throughout the conveyancing procedure in understandable terms without all the legal jargon.
