Hannah Walker

Hannah Walker is a paralegal in our busy conveyancing team, based at the King’s Lynn office. She has experience in all areas of residential property and particularly specialises in sale and purchase, freehold and leasehold, remortgaging, transfers of equity and voluntary registrations.

Hannah works with a wide range of clients, including first time buyers and those moving to a larger home, or those who have decided it is time to downsize. Hannah is always friendly and helpful when meeting new clients, and they can always expect clear and professional advice. Helping her clients to move into their dream home is what Hannah enjoys most about her job.

Career

Hannah knew that she wanted a career in law from the time she left school. Having had several administrative roles in law firms, Hannah studied for a law degree with the Open University while at the same time gaining experience as a paralegal.

In 2014, she moved to Surrey and worked as a residential property paralegal for a firm in Kent before moving back to Norfolk in 2016 to be closer to her family following the birth of her son. She completed her law degree the same year and worked for another law firm locally, handling a range of different residential property matters until she joined Fraser Dawbarns in 2022.

Hannah is working towards her CILEX Post Graduate Diploma to become a qualified Chartered Legal Executive.
