Hannah Walker is a residential conveyancer in our busy conveyancing department, based at the Downham Market office. Hannah specialises in all areas of residential property with focus on, sale and purchase, freehold and leasehold, remortgaging, transfers of equity and voluntary registrations. Hannah works with a wide range of clients, from first time buyers to someone buying their second home. Hannah is always friendly and helpful when meeting new clients, who can always expect clear and professional advice. Helping her clients to move into their dream home is what Hannah enjoys most about her job.

When Hannah left school, she decided that she wanted a career in law, and began working at a local firm as an office junior. In 2007, Hannah progressed in her role to a secretarial position in the Personal Injury department, until she left in 2008. Hannah returned to law in 2012, where she began working for a different local firm as an administrator assistant, after having started a law degree in 2010 with the Open University. Hannah was then quickly promoted to a paralegal, where she ran a caseload of mainly Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims. After a short while, she was then moved to the property department where she worked as a paralegal for 2 years.

In 2014, Hannah then moved to Surrey where she worked as a residential property, paralegal for a firm in Kent before moving back to Norfolk in 2016 to be closer to her family following the birth of her son in 2015. In 2016, she completed her law degree and returned to a previous firm as a paralegal, where she ran a caseload of different residential property matters until she joined Fraser Dawbarns in April 2022.

Hannah is now completing the Cilex Post Graduate Diploma to become a qualified Chartered Legal Executive.

Outside of work Hannah enjoys spending time with her family, long walks, and sunny holidays.
