Becky Garner
Becky Garner is a member of the firm’s Commercial Disputes team and is based in the King’s Lynn office. She works alongside Joshua Shuardson-Hipkin and David Osborne on a variety of commercial disputes for both businesses and individuals across the region.
Career
Becky qualified as a solicitor in 2025, having completed her training contract at Fraser Dawbarns. Prior to this she obtained a distinction in her Law and Legal Practice Masters at BPP Law School and a first-class honours degree in English Literature from Anglia Ruskin University and the University of Bristol.
She worked as a Legal Assistant for several years while studying, gaining valuable experience in a range of legal matters. Becky also has experience in the field of marketing.

Becky has a broad range of commercial dispute expertise, including:
- Company and partnership disputes
- Breach of shareholders’ and directors’ duties
- Contractual claims
- Professional negligence claims
- Interim remedies such as injunctions and freezing orders.
Personal Interests
Outside work Becky is a keen netballer and plays competitively in the Cambridgeshire Netball League. She also enjoys running, CrossFit and long walks with her dog. Becky has a long-term passion for music and obtained her ABRSM Flute Performance Diploma in 2014.
