Amy is the HR & Operations Lead Coordinator at Fraser Dawbarns, where she oversees HR processes and essential operational tasks. With over 10 years of experience, she specialises in HR administration, operational efficiency, and project coordination.

Career

Amy’s career began with an apprenticeship at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, where she developed a broad skill set in learning and development, recruitment, and employee relations. She also gained additional experience in producing governance data, organisational skills and managing diaries in a fast-paced environment as Executive Assistant to a divisional management team, also gaining a Business Administration Management qualification.

Later, as Training and Apprenticeship Lead at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Amy played a pivotal role in implementing the apprenticeship levy scheme, increasing apprenticeship participation, and promoting career opportunities within the NHS. Following this, she took on a key community-facing role as a Community Fundraiser for the East Anglian Air Ambulance, where she successfully engaged with local businesses, community groups, and individuals to raise awareness and funding for the charity.

Amy joined Fraser Dawbarns in 2022 and is responsible for managing crucial HR functions such as payroll, onboarding and employee relations. She also plays a central role in coordinating projects and providing ongoing operational support to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Amy attends the gym to train and compete in strongwoman. She also enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
