Alice Gill

Alice Gill is a commercial property paralegal based in our King’s Lynn office. She has experience in many areas of commercial property and particularly specialises in sales, acquisitions and leases.

Alice works with a wide range of clients including developers, landlords, tenants and business owners.

Her approach is always friendly and pro-active when meeting clients, and they can always expect clear and professional advice. Working together with clients to achieve their end goal is what Alice most enjoys most about her job.

Career

Alice has worked at Fraser Dawbarns for over four years gaining lots of hands on experience, alongside completing her CILEX Paralegal apprenticeship. Alice is currently continuing her studies with CILEX Law School to complete her journey of becoming a Chartered Legal Executive.

Expertise

Alice has gained commercial property experience in the following areas:

• Buying and selling commercial premises
• Buying and selling land for agricultural and commercial use
• Assisting landlords and tenants with any aspects of a commercial lease, including agreements for lease, surrenders, renewals and licences.
• Land options and overage agreements
• Acting on behalf of borrowers and lenders in property finance transactions.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Alice loves to spend quality time with her friends and family and enjoys unwinding with long walks through the Norfolk countryside. Alice also has a passion for travel and loves exploring new parts of the world.
