Aleks Strychala
Aleks Strychala is a trainee solicitor and is currently working in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team, based at the King’s Lynn office. He is gaining experience in all areas of commercial disputes, working alongside experienced members of the team including Joshua Shuardson-Hipkin and David Osborne.
Career
Aleks studied Law (LLB) at Lancaster University, where he graduated with First-Class honours. During his studies, Aleks was a member of the university law clinic, and completed a research project on the Supreme Courts powers of incremental development.
He excelled in Mooting competitions and found particular interest in professionals and public authorities’ standard of care as well as related party transactions.
Aleks is undergoing his SQE training with BPP University and is set to qualify in 2027.

- Broker negligence
- Solicitor negligence
- Debt collection
- Delivering up goods.
Personal Interests
Aleks is a keen researcher and is working towards publishing his first book which uncovers your rights and obligations under civil law by focusing on its purpose and development. He aims for publication in 2030.
Outside of work Aleks plays football for a local team and spends weekends away across the country.
