Adenike Bakare

Adenike Bakare is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) and works within the Commercial Property team at Fraser Dawbarns, based in the firm’s Wisbech office.

While part of the commercial team, Adenike has experience working across both commercial and residential property transactions, supporting developers, investors, landowners, and private clients. She is known for her efficient and organised approach, strong attention to detail, and commitment to providing a reliable and client-focused service.

Career

Adenike obtained her Law degree from the University of Hertfordshire in 2009 and later completed her studies at CILEX Law School while working as a real estate paralegal in large City law firms.

She has developed a broad understanding of property law through her involvement in acquisitions, disposals, refinances, and lease transactions. Since joining Fraser Dawbarns in 2023, she has continued to support the commercial team on a variety of property matters, combining technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-based approach

• All aspects of leases (acting for landlords and tenants)

Outside of work, Adenike enjoys spending time with her family, walking and reading. She is also a movie enthusiast.
