New recruit to expanding Fraser Dawbarns Corporate & Commercial team

Lawyer Jenny Horsley has recently joined the Fraser Dawbarns Corporate & Commercial team as an Associate to work alongside Partner Jenny Ball. The firm is seeking to expand the number of commercial organisations, and in particular owner managed businesses, it advises in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. Jenny Horsley trained with Fraser Dawbarns, then spent several years gaining further legal experience in a solicitors’ firm in Lincolnshire, before rejoining the commercial team here as an Associate in 2026.

The Fraser Dawbarns team is able to advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, from the basics such as shareholder and partnership agreements through to acquisitions and sales of businesses, and management buyouts. Led by Jenny Ball, the team also still benefits from the consultancy expertise of Tony Cheetham, who has existing long-term relationships with many businesses in King’s Lynn and the surrounding area.

Jenny Ball comments: “Our wider commercial team – and in particular our commercial property arm – has gone from strength to strength in recent years. Now it is time to add depth to our corporate and commercial team. We are keen to impress upon local business owners who might previously have looked to law firms in Norwich, Cambridge, Peterborough or London for legal advice on acquisitions or sales, that they can now find the expertise they need, and the depth of legal team to handle the work at the appropriate level, in King’s Lynn, Wisbech or Ely.”
