Fraser Dawbarns boosts further its Wills, Tax, Trusts and Estate Planning team

Local law firm Fraser Dawbarns has just recruited two new Wills, LPAs and Estate Administration specialists to join its well-respected team across West Norfolk and East Cambridgeshire. Jenni Taylor has joined as a Senior Associate from another Norfolk-based firm, while solicitor Danielle Wright previously worked in London. The team now has four partners and three senior associates at the helm, with a further five qualified lawyers and five paralegals and executives supporting the team.

Sarah Lamb, who leads the firm’s Private Client team, comments: “We continue to see a high demand for all aspects of our private client services across the region and are expanding the team to keep pace with that demand. While Wills, LPAs and Probate are always needed, our Estate Planning specialists are anticipating a further rise in enquiries in the coming months from people whose pension pots may be brought within the scope of Inheritance Tax for the first time next April, unless the Government changes its proposals.”

Harleen Hanson, who heads the Individual Client Services division at Fraser Dawbarns adds: “We were delighted to be the only firm in King’s Lynn, Ely, Wisbech, Downham Market and March to be accredited by national directory The Legal 500 for Personal Tax, Trusts and Probate law, when the new directory was published at the start of October. In addition to credits for particular senior members of the team, we were singled out for having “a deep pool of younger talent” and this is something we will continue to nurture and grow in the future”.
