Continued growth at Fraser Dawbarns

Fraser Dawbarns has begun May with further positive developments in the form of a senior new recruit and three key internal promotions. Nic Sheldake, an experienced property lawyer, has joined the King’s Lynn residential conveyancing team as a Legal Director. Meanwhile solicitors Danielle Dennis-Betts, Adele Satur and Rebekah Crockford are all being promoted to Senior Associate roles.

Nic Sheldrake has been active in the Norfolk legal market for over 20 years and joins Fraser Dawbarns from another local firm. He has been recruited to strengthen further the thriving residential conveyancing team based in the firm’s offices on the Tuesday Marketplace.

Also based in King’s Lynn is Danielle Dennis-Betts, who joined the firm in 2024 from a London law firm and is building a strong reputation for her skills in Inheritance Tax and succession planning, Wills and Trusts. Rebekah Crockford is building her client following undertaking similar work from the firm’s Wisbech office. Meanwhile Adele Satur is a key member of the busy and highly-regarded residential conveyancing team in Downham Market.

Iain Grimes, Managing Partner at Fraser Dawbarns, says: “Towards the end of 2025 we announced serious growth aspirations for the firm between now and 2030. Much of this growth will be organic and promotions, alongside recruitment, are very much part of the plan. I’m delighted to say that we are on track with our developments, with the firm set to report solid double-digit growth once again this year”.
