Chambers UK recognises Fraser Dawbarns’ Commercial Disputes team

Fraser Dawbarns is delighted to have been recognised again this year by independent reviewers at Chambers UK for specialist Litigation expertise.  Only nine firms across East Anglia are ranked for this area of work, and Fraser Dawbarns is the only one with an office in King’s Lynn, Wisbech or Ely. Commercial Litigation lead Joshua-Shuardson Hipkin also received a new individual ranking this year as a Band 3 litigation partner. He joins a select group of 20 lawyers across the region to be recognised for their commercial dispute expertise.

The new Chambers listing states that: “Fraser Dawbarns handles a broad range of commercial disputes, including those relating to brokerage, joint venture and shareholder agreements. The firm has notable experience representing family businesses in addition to larger companies.”

This listing follows closely on from the recognition received by the firm for its Commercial Litigation specialism in The Legal 500 2027 edition published recently, and Joshua’s individual listing as a Next Generation Partner.  Legal 500 referred to him as being “well versed in shareholder disputes, supply agreements and contractual disputes”, with client testimonials confirming that he “is excellent. He provides intelligent, strategy-focused advice and is very supportive of his clients and their goals”.

Joshua comments: “Fraser Dawbarns continues to expand its business-related services in East Anglia and having a strong commercial disputes specialism is a key part of that and we look forward to continued future growth in the sector.”
