Hameeda Hussani is a paralegal in our residential conveyancing team based in our March office. With a strong foundation in commercial property, she has experience advising on a range of commercial transactions, including sales and acquisitions, as well as landlord and tenant matters.

Building on this solid background, Hameeda has developed a keen interest in residential property and is now expanding her expertise in this area. She has experience handling residential sales and purchases, remortgages, first registrations, and transfers of equity, and is particularly motivated by supporting clients through key life transactions.

Hameeda prides herself on her approachable and client-focused manner. She is committed to making each stage of the transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible, ensuring clients feel informed, confident, and supported throughout the process. She particularly enjoys building relationships with clients and helping them navigate what can often be a complex and fast-paced area of law.

Career

Hameeda completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) and has previously worked as a paralegal at both Birketts and Roythornes Solicitors, where she gained valuable experience in property law across both commercial and residential matters.
