Residential property lawyer/conveyancer
Are you a skilled and motivated Residential Property Lawyer / Residential Conveyancer? We have an exciting opportunity to join Fraser Dawbarns at our Wisbech office. We are looking for a Conveyancer with a minimum of two years’ experience of working with their own caseload.
About the role:
- Manage a varied caseload of transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, registered, unregistered, shared ownership, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and Land Registry applications
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure efficient and timely transactions
- Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm requirements, maintaining a high standard of professional service
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent client care throughout the process.

About you:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with two years’ relevant experience in residential property law
- Strong understanding of property legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work to deadlines
- A proactive and client-focused approach.
