Steve McGregor is a Consultant and an experienced solicitor in our Civil Litigation Department specialising in personal injury, contract disputes, debt collection, both corporate and personal insolvency, employment, contract drafting, licensing, betting and gaming, registered clubs and food safety. He has vast experience in dealing with licensing panels and committees when representing applicants, objectors and statutory bodies such as the police and fire service. Steve also has 10 years’ experience working in criminal prosecution and defence.
Steve provides his clients with reliable and straightforward advice in a friendly and professional manner, and he will always endeavour to seek the best outcome.
Steve qualified as a solicitor in 1989. Prior to joining Fraser Dawbarns LLP, Steve was a Deputy Clerk to the Justices for Fenland. He worked in the court service for 11 years joining Fraser Woodgate and Beall in 1986. He obtained a Diploma in Magistrates Courts Law in 1978 and in 1985 he was called to the Bar as a qualified barrister.
A career highlight for Steve was a notorious murder case in the 1990’s which made the television headlines. Steve is a member of the Law Society and was previously a school governor.
