Sheree Richardson is a Solicitor in the Civil Litigation department, based in the King’s Lynn office. Sheree specialises in Civil and Commercial Litigation and is particularly focused on housing and property litigation. Sheree also assists David Osborne in his capacity as Client Relations Manager.
Sheree’s typical client can be either individuals or companies and she particularly enjoys finding solutions to complex legal and factual disputes. Sheree’s clients can expect straight talking, client-centred advice.
Sheree studied Law with Criminology at Nottingham Trent University where she also took a Diploma in Professional Practice, achieving a Distinction following a placement as a Paralegal in the Housing department of a North London firm. Sheree then took her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Nottingham Law School.
After gaining her LPC, Sheree worked as a Paralegal at a Loughborough firm and then began a training contract at the same firm, qualifying as a Solicitor in November 2015. Sheree has also worked for firms based in Lincolnshire before joining Fraser Dawbarns in August 2019.
Outside work, Sheree enjoys going on adventures with her daughter, going on holiday, and spending time socialising with her friends and family.
