Marcus is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Civil Litigation Team based at our March Office.
Marcus qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and joined Fraser Dawbarns in November 2018 having previously been a Partner at another law firm in King’s Lynn.
Whilst Marcus has a background within Personal injury where he regularly undertook instructions on all nature of personal injury and fatal accident claims on occasions in excess of £1 million, he also deals with general civil litigation issues. Marcus undertakes instructions on licensing, intellectual property disputes, defamation, professional negligence (Solicitors, Architects and Loss Adjusters), Trading Standards issues, building and construction disputes.
Marcus has been involved in a number of interesting cases of note, acting for both child and adult Claimant’s following The Dr Miles Bradbury / Addenbrookes, Child Abuse Enquiry as part of an on-going class action.
In addition, Marcus assisted in successfully pursuing a multi-million pound breach of contract claim brought by a Formula 1 engine manufacturer against a Formula 1 Racing Team, and has handled intellectual property disputes for the same client.
In his own time Marcus is an avid Rugby Fan, having played for 30 years for his local club. Playing his last 5 seasons as Hooker, Marcus retired when the pain became more than the gain!
