Julie Cooling is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Residential Conveyancing Department and is based at our Ely office.
Julie deals with a mixed residential property case load including Freehold and Leasehold acquisitions and sales (Registered Title and Unregistered Titles), auction sales and purchases, re-mortgages, Transfer of Equity matters, Transfer of Part, Voluntary Registration of Title to property, Shared Ownerships, Staircasing, Assignments, Deed of Easements, New Build transactions, Help to Buy purchases, Right to Buy, Right to Acquire, Equitable Release Mortgages, Standard Mortgages, and Lease Extensions.
Julie has a broad range of property experience including acting for private clients in standard conveyancing transactions and also acting for renowned Housing Associations in acquisitions and disposals involving investigating Titles and title deeds due diligence, drafting and perfecting sale and purchase agreements in connection with sale and purchase of individual properties. Also, acting for a leading National house builder for a purchase of a commercial Development. The Development consisted of approximately 150 units. Subsequently dealing with the Freehold reversion sale of the individual properties on the Development.
Julie is client focused and always strives to go the extra mile for a client, and offers a professional and efficient service.
Outside the office, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling and reading John Grisham novels. Julie is also a keen supporter of Norwich City FC and attends most of the home matches.
